How it works

Four pieces that work together.

An app for the worker, another for the contractor, a web panel for the office, and a page for the job owner.

Worker app

For the person at the job site, with gloves on and the sun in their face.

  • Clock in and out with one big button; the app checks the worker is at the job site.
  • Works without signal: records are saved on the phone and sent when the signal comes back.
  • Never blocks a clock-in because of GPS: if the location is unreliable, it is flagged for review.
  • Photos, videos and voice notes with the time and place they were taken.
  • Their hours in view — what is approved, and who corrected what and why. They can disagree.
  • A PDF record of their own dates, jobs and hours — no one else's data, no rates.
  • For crews: the crew lead clocks in the whole team, or a shared phone takes a PIN or a QR code.

Contractor app

For the person who assigns the work and signs payroll.

  • The day at a glance: who clocked in, active crews, and the GPS exceptions worth a closer look.
  • Approve the week; corrections need a reason and never erase the original record.
  • Disputes have a clock: 72 hours to answer, then it is settled in the worker's favor.
  • Jobs with a work zone drawn on the map, and your rule for clock-ins outside it.
  • All evidence from all jobs, with who took it and how far from the zone.
  • Payroll export to CSV or XLSX, and supervisor permissions that take effect instantly.

Web panel

For the office, and for whoever runs more than one company.

  • Review and approve the week's hours and resolve open disputes on a big screen.
  • Portfolio view: one row per contractor with jobs, people, today's hours and open exceptions.
  • A browser — nothing to install.

Owner page

What you send your client.

  • A link: no account, no password, nothing to install.
  • Tasks done and pending, hours spent, and only the photos you choose to share. You can revoke the link.
  • Your client never sees who took each photo, where they were, or anyone's hours.
  • Four separate measures — tasks, hours, photos and the progress you declare — instead of one made-up percentage.
